Church Lane Surgery will be closed for Training, from 1pm, this year on:

• Wednesday 9th October

If you urgently need to speak to, or see a doctor when the surgery is closed there is in place an Emergency Out-Of-Hours facility. This cover is provided by GPs in the area taking turns at being on call, and is the responsibility of NHS England.

If you require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until our surgery re-opens you should call 1-1-1 (NHS 111 Service)

Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobile phones.

If you have a life threatening medical emergency please call 999.

Please do not call the out-of-hours emergency number with routine problems or prescription requests that can wait until the next day.
