    Please contact the surgery on 01423 322309. You may be asked a few questions by the receptionist, this is to ensure that you see / speak to the appropriate member of the clinical team.

    Please do not drop in urine samples for testing unless they have been specifically requested by either a GP or Nurse.

  • CHANGES TO THE REPEAT PRESCRIPTION TELEPHONE SERVICE 

    From Monday 12th November 2018 access to the repeat prescription telephone service will be available from:

    12.30pm to 3pm

    Monday - Friday

    You can still order your repeat medications in person, on-line, through the App or via the post.

     
  • Dispensary Opening Times

    Please be aware the Dispensary is not open on a Saturday morning when the Surgery is running a Saturday morning clinic.

    The Dispensary hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm.

     

     
  • Who is my named GP?

    All Patients haven been allocated a named GP who is responsible for the Patient's overall care.

    Please contact the surgery if you would like to know the name of your GP.

    Although you have a named GP, you can still make appointments with any of our doctors.

     If you wish you can also ask to change your named GP and we would aim to accommodate this request wherever possible.

The Carers’ Resource is an independent charity, with a board of trustees and around 50 employees and 50 volunteers. Our work is recognised nationally, regionally and locally.

A Carer is someone who, without payment, provides help and support to a friend, neighbour or relative who could not manage otherwise because of frailty, illness or disability. They may even be juggling paid work with caring responsibilities at home. Carers have a tough job – it can mean unrelenting pressure, little chance to relax and a lot of worry. The system is complicated, and the issue is hidden.
