    If you are 65 years old or over, or fall into one of the at risk categories, then please attend one of our Flu walk in clincs.  Please click here for the clinic dates.  Please note these are for adults only

    Children eligible for the flu vaccination; please contact reception for further information.

  • Christmas and New Year closures

    We will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period 2017/2018:

    Monday 25th December

    Tuesday 26th December

    Monday 1st January

    Please ensure you have enough medication to carry you through the holiday period and please order in plenty of time, thank you.

    If you require urgent healthcare advice when the surgery is closed you should call 111, the  NHS 111 service.

    If you have a life-threatening emergency please call 999.

     

     

     
  • Upcoming Surgery Closure

    Please note the surgery will be closed for a Training Afternoon on: 

    Thursday 8th February 2018 from 1pm.

    The surgery will reopen as usual the next day, Friday 9th February 2018 from 8am.

    If you require urgent healthcare advice when the surgery is closed you should call 111, the  NHS 111 service.

    If you have a life-threatening emergency please call 999.

     

     
  • Dispensary Opening Times

    Please be aware the Dispensary is not open on a Saturday morning when the Surgery is running a Saturday morning clinic.

    The Dispensary hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm.

     

     
  • Who is my named GP?

    All Patients haven been allocated a named GP who is responsible for the Patient's overall care.

    Please contact the surgery if you would like to know the name of your GP.

    Although you have a named GP, you can still make appointments with any of our doctors.

     If you wish you can also ask to change your named GP and we would aim to accommodate this request wherever possible.

     
  • Online services for 11-16 year olds

    Unfortunately for operational reasons, online services will not be available to patients aged between 11-16 years.

  • Yellow Fever Centre

    Church Lane Surgery is now a registered Yellow Fever Centre

     

     
  • TTP SystmOne App

    TPP have released a SystmOnline app, available currently for the IOS platform, which offers patients much of the same functionality as the SystmOnline website, but optimised for smartphones.

Order a repeat prescription

There are several ways in which you can order a repeat prescription from the dispensary:-

  • Telephone

Please call 01423 325755 weekdays between 10.30 am and 3.00 pm

  • Online

If you have registered for our online services you can click here to login and order your repeat prescription online.  If you haven't registered for our online services and would like to please click here and follow the instructions

  • In person

The Dispensary is open weekdays between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm

  • By post

When the surgery is closed there is a post box situated outside the main entrance which is available for deposit of repeat prescriptions out of hours.

 

 

Please note:

  • Two working days’ notice should always be given when ordering a repeat prescriptions
  • We are unable to inform patients when their medication is ready for collection
  • Please be aware the Dispensary is not open on a Saturday morning when the Surgery is running a Saturday morning clinic.

    The Dispensary hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm.

  • Should you need to obtain your medication out of hours, you should contact 111 (NHS 111 service) between 6.00 pm and 8.00 am, and in exceptional circumstances you may be able to obtain your medication from them.  Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.
  • Extra time should be allowed when ordering your repeat prescriptions during the holiday periods.
