    There will be more resurfacing work on Helperby Main Street starting Monday 18th November.

    There will still be access for the surgery but may be delays at times.

    The work is weather dependent.

  • CHANGES TO THE REPEAT PRESCRIPTION TELEPHONE SERVICE 

    From Monday 2nd December 2019 access to the repeat prescription telephone service will be available from:

    12.30pm to 2.30pm

    Monday - Friday

    You can still order your repeat medications in person, on-line, through the App or via the post.

     

     
  • Dispensary Opening Times

    Please be aware the Dispensary is not open on a Saturday morning when the Surgery is running a Saturday morning clinic.

    The Dispensary hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm.

     

     
  • Hearing Aid Repair Drop-in Clinic

    Are held here the First Friday of each month: 1.30-2:30pm

    The next clinic will be held on Friday 6th December 2019.

    Please contact the surgery on 01423 322309. You may be asked a few questions by the receptionist, this is to ensure that you see / speak to the appropriate member of the clinical team.

     

    Please do not drop in urine samples for testing unless they have been specifically requested by either a GP or Nurse.

  • Who is my named GP?

    All Patients haven been allocated a named GP who is responsible for the Patient's overall care.

    Please contact the surgery if you would like to know the name of your GP.

    Although you have a named GP, you can still make appointments with any of our doctors.

     If you wish you can also ask to change your named GP and we would aim to accommodate this request wherever possible.

     

     
  • Online services for 11-16 year olds

    Unfortunately for operational reasons, online services will not be available to patients aged between 11-16 years.

  • TTP SystmOne App

    TPP have released a SystmOnline app, available currently for the IOS platform, which offers patients much of the same functionality as the SystmOnline website, but optimised for smartphones.

DISABLED ACCESS

Church Lane surgery has three reserved car parking spaces for disabled patients, all located at the front of the building. We have suitable access to the surgery, our consulting rooms, treatment areas and toilet facilities. A lift is available to access our upstairs consulting rooms.

 

ACCESS TO HELPEBY SURGERY

Please be aware the pathway outside Helperby surgery is cobbled. There is disabled access up to the surgery.  There is a consulting room upstairs at the surgery.  Please bear this in mind when booking appointments at Helperby.
