  • Easter Bank Holiday Closures

    The surgery will be closed on the following dates:

    Good Friday: Friday 19th April

    Easter Monday: Monday 22nd April

    The surgery will reopen as usual from 8am Tuesday 23rd April 2019.

    If you require urgent healthcare advice when the surgery is closed you should call 111, the  NHS 111 service.

    If you have a life-threatening emergency please call 999

  • Repeat Prescriptions during the busy Holiday Period

    The surgery will be closed on Good Friday; 19th April and Easter Monday; 22nd April 2019.

    Please bear this in mind when ordering your repeat prescriptions during this time.

    Please allow at least 3 working days from ordering your repeat prescription before collection.

  • CHANGES TO THE REPEAT PRESCRIPTION TELEPHONE SERVICE 

    From Monday 12th November 2018 access to the repeat prescription telephone service will be available from:

    12.30pm to 3pm

    Monday - Friday

    You can still order your repeat medications in person, on-line, through the App or via the post.

     
  • Dispensary Opening Times

    Please be aware the Dispensary is not open on a Saturday morning when the Surgery is running a Saturday morning clinic.

    The Dispensary hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm.

  • Who is my named GP?

    All Patients haven been allocated a named GP who is responsible for the Patient's overall care.

    Please contact the surgery if you would like to know the name of your GP.

    Although you have a named GP, you can still make appointments with any of our doctors.

     If you wish you can also ask to change your named GP and we would aim to accommodate this request wherever possible.

     
  • Online services for 11-16 year olds

    Unfortunately for operational reasons, online services will not be available to patients aged between 11-16 years.

  • TTP SystmOne App

    TPP have released a SystmOnline app, available currently for the IOS platform, which offers patients much of the same functionality as the SystmOnline website, but optimised for smartphones.

Can I book appointments online?

Yes you can.  Although currently you can only book appointments online with a doctor, not a nurse.

 

Once you have registered for our online services you will be able to book appointments with any of the doctors for up to 4 weeks in advance.

 

To access this facility you will need a user name and password.  Both are obtainable from Reception after completion of our online booking consent form, which you can download here  or is available from Reception.

 

Please bring with you photo proof of identity (e.g. Passport or Driving Licence) and proof of residency.  You will then be given your own user name and password so you can access the online services.

 

As well as booking appointments you can also order repeat prescriptions, change your address, view your summary care record and access your detailed coded data with your medical record.  To view the online services offered by the practice, click here.


The online facility is accessible 24 hours a day.
