    This may cause some disruption in the surgery and with parking in the car park

  • Notice of Surgery Closure - THURSDAY 14TH FEBRUARY 2019

    Please note the surgery will be closed for Training on:

    THURSDAY 14th FEBRUARY 2019

    from 1pm. 

    The surgery will re-open on Friday 15th February 2019 from 7am.

    If you require urgent healthcare advice when the surgery is closed you should call 111, the  NHS 111 service.

  • CHANGES TO THE REPEAT PRESCRIPTION TELEPHONE SERVICE 

    From Monday 12th November 2018 access to the repeat prescription telephone service will be available from:

    12.30pm to 3pm

    Monday - Friday

    You can still order your repeat medications in person, on-line, through the App or via the post.

  • Dispensary Opening Times

    Please be aware the Dispensary is not open on a Saturday morning when the Surgery is running a Saturday morning clinic.

    The Dispensary hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm.

  • Who is my named GP?

    All Patients haven been allocated a named GP who is responsible for the Patient's overall care.

    Please contact the surgery if you would like to know the name of your GP.

    Although you have a named GP, you can still make appointments with any of our doctors.

     If you wish you can also ask to change your named GP and we would aim to accommodate this request wherever possible.

     
  • Online services for 11-16 year olds

    Unfortunately for operational reasons, online services will not be available to patients aged between 11-16 years.

How to use the online services

Once you have received your Username and Password, you can access the Online facilities through the SystmOnline Login page, by either clicking here or through the Main Menu link (Online GP appointments) on the front page of the website.  Enter your Username and Password, click on the Login button and your away.

Alternatively search for Systmonline TPP on your i-phone to download the App.

Once logged in, you can request repeat prescriptions up to 7 days before they are due, book or cancel an appointment.  If you require a longer appointment (e.g.driving medical) you should contact the surgery to book this.

Please make sure when you are booking your appointment that you confirm the booking.  At this point you will be able to print a booking confirmation receipt.

There is also a questionnaire section where you can complete health and information questions.  These will change from time to time so please refer back to this page occasionally.

You can also view your Summary Care Record here which includes details of your medication, allergies and sensitivities. Please contact the surgery if any details contained in the summary are incorrect.

In addtion to the above standard access, patients 16 years and over can apply for enhanced access which allows additional access to coded data from within your record.  For further information on the services we provide and how to access them, please click here.
